Join us for our Live Virtual Fitness Classes every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 10am and 7:30pm MST. As we grown on our Journey, more classes will be available! Our current schedule consists of Monday Upper Body, Tuesday Core, Wednesday Lower Body, and Thursday is Full Body. All of our classes are Body Weight as of now, and geared towards anyone who enjoys fitness outside of a gym! Because you have the option to join live with people around the world, you have the choice to exercise from wherever you like! Don't have a babysitter? Take us to the park! Uncomfortable because you don't know enough exercises to put together a routine that you're confident in? We'll teach you how to do each and every exercises regardless of your current physical abilities. Our workouts show beginner, intermediate and beast versions of each exercise. Can't get onto your knees at the moment? We'll use the wall! As our GoFitness Family grows, so will our classes and types. Future classes you can look forward to are yoga, meditation, kettlebells, cardio kickboxing, home gym equipment, and soo many more!!!! Are you sick and tired of living your life in pain? Do you wish you felt good enough to get back to the gym, or play with your children? Do you feel like you just have to accept that this is how the rest of your life is going to be? I thought my days of Bodybuilding and Adventure Sports were over. That I was never going to really enjoy doing all the things I love, with the people I love, ever again. My pain Journey lasted 11 years with 3 of those years being in constant excruciating pain. I've had Reliefs, but never Solutions, and the pain came back no matter how in shape or overweight I was. Once I started working out again, it came on strong. I needed a solution. I couldn't continue training people if I was in pain! So I dug deep into some theories, and developed a program to Relieve My Back Pain, PERMANENTLY! Now I want to teach you that same program, so you can be pain free and get back into doing the things you love to do, with the people you love! My 'Got Back Pain' Program starts with a Postural Analysis, Fitness Tests, and Immediate Relief Poses. I will assess your results and build your Relief Program. Each Program lasts 1 month, and is designed according to your current Pain Level, What is causing your pain, Fitness Level, and your current Flexibility. You will learn My Personal Method the 'Robot Method' which is a way of moving to align your body into proper positioning. You will also learn stretches and mobility exercises to lengthen the muscles that your body needs to lengthen, and strength exercises to strengthen the muscles that aren't doing their jobs properly. Along with at home workouts and additional tasks like taking a walk or swimming, you will receive 2 1on1 personal sessions per week, that's 8 total! Put a smile on your face, because you're about to be free from pain!
