That I was never going to really enjoy doing all the things I love, with the people I love, ever again. My pain Journey lasted 11 years with 3 of those years being in constant excruciating pain. I've had Reliefs, but never Solutions, and the pain came back no matter how in shape or overweight I was. Once I started working out again, it came on strong. I needed a solution. I couldn't continue training people if I was in pain! So I dug deep into some theories, and developed a program to Relieve My Back Pain, PERMANENTLY! Now I want to teach you that same program, so you can be pain free and get back into doing the things you love to do, with the people you love! My 'Got Back Pain' Program starts with a Postural Analysis, Fitness Tests, and Immediate Relief Poses. I will assess your results and build your Relief Program. Each Program lasts 1 month, and is designed according to your current Pain Level, What is causing your pain, Fitness Level, and your current Flexibility. You will learn My Personal Method the 'Robot Method' which is a way of moving to align your body into proper positioning. You will also learn stretches and mobility exercises to lengthen the muscles that your body needs to lengthen, and strength exercises to strengthen the muscles that aren't doing their jobs properly. Along with at home workouts and additional tasks like taking a walk or swimming, you will receive 2 1on1 personal sessions per week, that's 8 total!
