We understand that taking time for yourself isn't always an option, and are here to make sure that you can incorporate a workout into your day, even if its at the park with the kids! I've had Reliefs, but never Solutions, and the pain came back no matter how in shape or overweight I was. Once I started working out again, it came on strong. I needed a solution. I couldn't continue training people if I was in pain! So I dug deep into some theories, and developed a program to Relieve My Back Pain, PERMANENTLY! Now I want to teach you that same program, so you can be pain free and get back into doing the things you love to do, with the people you love! My 'Got Back Pain' Program starts with a Postural Analysis, Fitness Tests, and Immediate Relief Poses. I will assess your results and build your Relief Program. Each Program lasts 1 month, and is designed according to your current Pain Level, What is causing your pain, Fitness Level, and your current Flexibility. You will learn My Personal Method the 'Robot Method' which is a way of moving to align your body into proper positioning. You will also learn stretches and mobility exercises to lengthen the muscles that your body needs to lengthen, and strength exercises to strengthen the muscles that aren't doing their jobs properly. Along with at home workouts and additional tasks like taking a walk or swimming, you will receive 2 1on1 personal sessions per week, that's 8 total! Put a smile on your face, because you're about to be free from pain!

Hi, I'm Alyssa, your Head Coach and CEO, at GoFitness World Wide! My fitness journey started when I turned 20. I remember waving to a friend, and I had already developed under arm jiggle. My brother, Josh Green, had started his Bootcamp 1 year earlier, and when he called to wish me a happy birthday, I started crying. I asked to start coming to his classes and accepted that I was skinny fat, and that I was going to make a change to improve my lifestyle. I remember being so nervous and anxious about my first class, even though it was my brother, it was something new. I was seeing spots after the warm up, almost passed out, and then was only able to hold a plank for 15 seconds while shaking hard!!!! After that, I was determined to be healthy, strong, and more confident. I hit a moment in my life where exercise was the only thing that was keeping me going, after experiencing some rapid and consecutive life changing experiences. My body became very responsive to the workouts, and I would go to 3 classes a day - some days. My Brother asked if I'd start taking over some classes for him and of courseI said yes!!! I absolutely fell in love with motivating clients to push past their fears and boundaries, and started my Trainer Apprenticeship under him. I received my CanFit Pro Personal Trainer Certification in 2013, and was even my CanFit Pros' Instructor's first - ever - Bootcamp Specific Trainer! She gave me 100% on my final evaluation because I opened her mind to a world of exercise that wasn't limited by the single action of a machine, and that it can be executed safely! I taught at GoFitness, while working full time at McLeod Dental, and preparing for my first Natural Figure Bodybuilding Competition! I have competed many times and ranked in top 3rd overall. I design my entire 6 month plan of mass gains, the final cutting cycles, along with all of the dietary changes, posing practices, and sewing of my own Competition suits! I have had a Bootcamp in every place I've called home. From Niagara Falls, Canada, to Hawaii, Arizona, North Carolina, and now my final destination, Idaho. Thanks to technology, my dreams of helping every person on their journey to a better life, can now extend far beyond the reaches of my tiny town of 3000 people, in Gooding, Idaho.
